Automatic Horse Waterer
Tired of carrying water and breaking the ice in your buckets? An automatic horse waterer is SO convenient and makes those chores obsolete!
Our stable and pasture waterers are designed to be simple, rugged, attractive and reliable. They feature a removable cover for easy float valve service or adjustment and a convenient bowl drain for easy cleaning. The skirted area at the bottom of the waterer provides a tidy connection to water. The completely enclosed valve maintains water level and there are no parts to rust or corrode. An optional heater is available for cold weather climates.
A dove-tail feature screws to stable wall for easy mounting, and hardware is included for optional pipe corral mounting. The waterer requires a 1/2″ pipe size water connection, and it’s best if your water supply valve terminates near or within the skirted area on the bottom of the water for appearance and safety. Water should be household quality and may need an in-line filter in some applications.
An optional heater is recommended for areas subject to freezing. For energy efficiency, heater only operates when water temperature reaches 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Requires a 110V AC electric supply and should be connected within the skirted area under the waterer.
The standard color is granite gray with a black cover. (Also available with matching granite gray covers or blue covers.)
